Our direct care staff members have, on average, eight years of experience working in early childhood or child development programs. Most of our teachers hold degrees and certificates in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Special Education, and other related fields. RCC supports the ongoing professional development of our staff by providing specialized early childhood training throughout the year.

The average tenure for all RCC staff is over 10 years.
