We view your child’s time at RCC as a partnership between staff and families. In a recent survey of parents, 100% of respondents answered that they feel welcome and comfortable at RCC. The RCC staff strives to understand the needs of parents as well as children, and to treat parents with respect and consideration. We encourage you to look in on our busy, happy, creative classrooms often and see your children at work and play. By doing so, the importance of what is being learned and the validity of the play should be evident. Together with you, through creative and developmentally appropriate early education, and warm, responsive caregiving, we hope to make the most of the many wonderful opportunities presented for helping to raise healthy, happy, responsible, competent, and confident children.
